You have an amazing presence. And yes, I can totally relate to going overboard in order to gain control, but then I remind myself that anxiety so depletes my quality of life, so if I'm freaking out about eating the right food, I'm probably doing more harm than good. I am also big on getting good info. about my nutrition as it helps keep the worry in check and shows me what I can realistically expect. The bottom line for me is that if I'm doing a diet, it should make me happy, because nothing as simple as diet only has really been shown to cure anybody's cancer. <br /><br />We are doing a cancer and nutrition episode on the Stupid Cancer Show in Nov.
